Every few years, the county updates the Hazzard Mitigation Plan for the entire county including the Town of Hartsville. This pdf is the annexed portion that pertains only to the Town of Hartsville from the main, Steuben County HMAP. The public is free to view and provide feedback to the town board prior to June 15th. Any feedback will be forwarded to the county for consideration.

The town clerk will not be available Wednesday 4.8.26. The town hall will be open Thursday 4.9.26 from 4:15pm – 6pm.
