Every few years, the county updates the Hazzard Mitigation Plan for the entire county including the Town of Hartsville.  This pdf is the annexed portion that pertains only to the Town of Hartsville from the main, Steuben County HMAP.  The public is free to view and provide feedback to the town board prior to June 15^th.  Any feedback will be forwarded to the county for consideration.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we will NOT be holding our annual Mother’s Day Chicken BBQ Drive-Thru this year. We sincerely appreciate the continued support from our community and look forward to returning next year.

The town clerk will not be available Wednesday 4.8.26. The town hall will be open Thursday 4.9.26 from 4:15pm – 6pm.

The Town Hall will be closed today for tax collection (3pm – 5pm) due to the current weather conditions. Please note the clerk will return Monday 1.26.26 resuming her posted hours.

THE TOWN BOARD WILL BE HOLDING A SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 24^TH AT 6 P.M. AT THE TOWN HALL TO REVIEW THE TENTATIVE 2026 BUDGET
